Chicken burger home made

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  2. Divide the chicken mixture into 4 portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken patties to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a toaster or on a skillet.
  6. Spread some mayonnaise and ketchup on the inside of the burger buns.
  7. Add some lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and sliced onion on the bottom half of the burger bun.
  8. Place the cooked chicken patty on top of the vegetables.
  9. Add some more vegetables on top of the chicken patty.
  10. Cover the burger with the top half of the bun.
  11. Serve your delicious chicken burger with your favorite sides, such as french fries or a salad.
